Double Room in Winchester needs filling!

Hi, I want to move out of my room in Winchester and find someone to replace me. It is a lovely double room in a newly decorated house thats nice and clean in Winchester sharing with 3 other great housemates 2 boys and 1 girl all studying at Winchester uni PGCEs. My current house mates are looking for someone clean, tidy, sociable and fair on electric. £400 per month, internet is £14 per month and electric £11 per month. £78 referencing fee, £30 re request deposit. The tenancy is until the end of July 2015, but you can stay for another year if you would like. Anyone interested?
