Yes I am after an impressiver Open Day's visit last Sunday.

The courses that I am planning to apply for are:
- Event Management with Finance (or Marketing)

I am a mature and therefore I am not in education at the moment

- Sports Management

and maybe Sports Media (will need to talk about with a tutor)

Just has 121 visit in Bognor Campus yesterday - for Sports Media because I couldn't make it the next Open Day, plus also felt it is too short notice to book a BSL Interpreter (I am deaf).

Since Sports Media has more than 50% of the modules that relevent to sound/audio, I feel I ought to focus on either Event Management or Sports Management in the Bishop Otter campus. However, I will wait for their response - from next week regarding to these modules in the Sports Media.

Hey! Not many replies on here yet but I'm hoping to do criminology! attended the 30th October open day and fell in love with the campus and so far I've only seen one negative thing about peoples experiences there which is great compared to my other options! Looking forward to finally sending my application in

Great to hear. I was also there on 30th October's Open Day. We might've crossed the path that day lol. I was with an Interpreter (I am deaf), That's me lol

I wish you the best of luck in your applications. I've put "Event Management with Finance" in one of my 5 choices in. 1 in Winchester, 1 in Portsmout, 1 in Epsom and 1 in Cirencester.

"Not many replies" - not surprised considering University of Chichester is a very small University. I prefer to have a small University so that I can have more time. Winchester/Epsom/Cirencester are also small Universities but Portsmouth is big. I live in Portsmouth anyway

Cool! I was so busy looking around i don’t think i saw you lol but very cool that we were there at the same time!!! I think i’m the same in preferring a small community and town, less overwhelming. We live really close too, i live on the Isle Of Wight and come to Portsmouth regularly!!

Spoiler

Hii ! I'm applying for Sport and Exercise Science and currently I'm studying A-Level psychology, politics, and pe. anyone else looking at this course?
2 weeks after applying 5 choices, today, I have just received one choice - and have been offered a place unconditionally with University of Chichester )Event Management with Finance)

I have had my application accepted unconditionally for Event Management with Finance only to have the course withdrew by them due to lack of appliants.

I am very disappointed. I was offered an alternative course, but there is nothing I want to study out there. Now I am back to "drawing board"

I am only go to University locally (University of Portsmouth (my home town) or University of Chichester or University of Winchester or Solent Unviersity because I already own my home and I am a very mature age. I wouldn't want to move and would have to pay for 2 accomodations anyway.

I plan to look for an online course for the time being
