Looking for someone to take my room - NO DEPOSIT NEEDED

Hi guys,

I'm looking for someone to take my room on Syringa Street, Huddersfield,
HD1 4PD. I no longer need it, but I've payed my deposit so you don't need to (save yourself £200). It is £82 rent with internet and all bills included. Its a 5 bedroom house (I believe they are still looking for 2 others as well). The tenancy starts on September 1st and ends the 28/06/16.

Great landlord who can't do enough for you, and only a 10 minute walk from the university, across from a park.
