What's the best way to revise in Maths?

I'm having a lot of trouble with C4, but I'm pretty okay with the rest of the modules (I'm so so with C3 and M1 though)

I really want an A for Maths, how would you suggest improving?

Is a month enough time to turn it around? I'm pretty much around a C-D grade in C4 right now... it's really worrying me.

Lots of practice; making sure you understand the content well and asking questions on TSR/to your teachers when you hit a snag so as to gain full understanding. Lots of practice. And, uhm, practice.

I'm not sure how feasible turning a C-D into an A in a months time is, it really depends on you as a person and I'm not equipped to make a judgement on that, but if you put in the hard work, what I can do is guarantee an improvement.
