For questions like this, it is better to post in the maths forum. You'll get a quicker response there!

For this question, pick a nice simple contour, like the unit square in the (x,y) plane and integrate the vector field around it. As for finding a vector potential, think about nice simple functions like x2y2x^2y^2 and see if you can build an answer out of it.
