Percentage change = Difference / Original

20-16 = 4
4/16 = 1/4 = 25%

Just to check, 16 * 1.25 = 20.

It was 25%.
I put 125% because the qustion asked for percentage increase and its was a 125% increase not a 25% increase. 20/16 = 1.25 1.25 * 100 = 125%

The 6 marker about the three birds looked difficult but was easy. you needed to talk about
isolation
mutation
speciation
variation
natural selection

you also needed to talk about the fact that there had been a separation between them in the plates which caused their genes to mutate and adapt to their new environment
