English question help

Hi there! I've just started year 10 and my first piece of english homework was to answer the following question:

What are your impressions of Victorian Britain from the resource material?

I've read through the info but when it comes to answering the question i'm completley stumped - I don't know where to start :confused:

Do any of you have advice for me?

Hard to say without having read it, but I think its just asking you to read and then write what you think you learn about Victorian Britain.

What facts does it give?
What events does it describe?
What does it make you feel or think about the people in the article/
What does it make you think or feel about what life was like for the people at the time?

Just go through the article and make notes then write them up about things it describes and then what you think or feel.

Something like that at a guess.
