1 year old girl missing after car is stolen in London

17 month old Maria Tudorica is missing after a black Audi A5 was stolen in Newham, east London. The car has since been abandoned but the child is still missing. The child was wearing a wet top and red bottoms. The suspect is described as an Asian male of slim build wearing black clothing.
Has anyone seen a man with a child that doesn’t look like it’s his own in Newham?

Can’t the police be a bit more detailed, is he south Asian, East Asian, central Asian, middle eastern? And black clothing could mean anything was he wearing a tracksuit, was he wearing a black sweater, or was it a black jacket, if so was it a hoodie? Or was it a coat? Did he wear glasses? Did he have facial hair? What was his hairstyle?
