Which equation shows a redox reaction (GCSE)

Agno3 (aq) + NaCl (aq) Agcl (s) + NaNo3 (aq)

Or

Bacl2 (aq) + H2so4 (aq) baso4 (s) + 2hcl (aq)

Or

2na (s) + cl2 (g) 2nacl(s)

Or

NaOH (aq) + HCl (aq) NaCl (aq) + h2o (l)

The third reaction is the only redox reaction - it is the only reaction where any atomic charges have changed (i.e. electrons have been transferred):

(Ag+)(NO3-) + (Na+)(Cl-) -> (Ag+)(Cl-) + (Na+)(NO3-)
(Ba2+)(2Cl-) + (2H+)(SO42-) -> (Ba2+)(SO42-) + 2(H+)(Cl-)
2Na + Cl2 -> 2(Na+)(Cl-)
(Na+)(OH-) + (H+)(Cl-) -> (Na+)(Cl-) + (H+)(OH-)

As you can see, the third reaction is the only reaction where atomic charges have changed; 2Na to 2Na+, and Cl2 to 2Cl-.
