Our house is on the market from July 1st, as half the house are deferring our next uni year. The house has 4 bedrooms, a spare room and 3 bathrooms.
It is in a relatively quiet area as it's a mix of students and regular residents. It is a 30 minute walk into the university area, with bus stops nearby. Shops (Wilkos, Sainsburies, Butchers and Greengrocers, etc) are all between 5-10 minutes walk away.
Headingly train station is 15 minutes walk away. The house comes fully furbished, and we will be leaving a few of our appliances (Kettle, frier, toaster, etc) due to moving back in with parents.
