Room to rent in nice shared house in Birmingham

Hi all,

There is a double room become available in a nice 8 bedroom house with a large garden sharing with 7 other students. There are currently 5 females and 2 males moving in.

The rental period is from 1st July 2023 to 31st August 2024. The rent is £120 per week and looking at a bills package including broadband for around £20 so total rent around £140 per week.

The house has a large kitchen with ovens, microwave, dishwasher, fridges, a breakfast bar and seating area with patio doors leading to the garden. There is a laundry with 2 washing machines and a dryer. There is also a kitchenette on the first floor. There are 4 bathrooms. There is ample space on the drive for multiple cars to park.

The house is opposite a park, near Edgbaston cricket ground and Birmingham Wildlife Conservation Park. It is also near the Dental Hospital and has great transport links in and out of the city centre and to BU.
