Tenancy Takeover Newcastle

Due to personal reasons I have to leave University and move back home within the next month.I have a studio room available from the 10th of September 2022 until the beginning of September in 2023. It is £891 per month, including bills and content insurance.It's at Newcastle Glassworks, formerly owned by True Student, but now owned by Prestige Living. It is the largest room of all available, and has 2 desks, a large double wardrobe, plenty of storage and a large wet room bathroom with a storage cupboard to the side. You also have your own private kitchen.Please respond for any information or images/videos. If anyone could take this off my hands you would be doing me a big favour.
