pH and concentration question help

Does anyone know how to get the answers to these questions.

Both of the answers are C but can anyone explain how to get the answer?

This is a weak acid question.
Glycolic acid reacts in a 1:1 ratio with NaOH.
Use the titration data to find the mol of NaOH and hence mol glycolic acid.

To find the pH you must use the weak acid dissociation equation:

ka = [H+][A-]/[HA]

Don't forget that [H+] =[A-] and that you can approximate the dissociated acid concentration to that of the undissociated acid.
