a) Find the maximum height above the ground reached by the ball.
b) Find the time of flight for the ball.

What have you tried so far?
a is a straightforward suvat with the fairly obvious trap concerning the 3m starting point.
b suvat again with two methods depending on whether you treat the whole flight as one or work from the high point separately.
