Urgent tenancy takeover Sheffield

Hey,
I am looking for three people to take over my current contract with strawberry student homes at 1 Rosedale Gardens starting from 1st July.
It's a three bedroom house, comes fully furnished with 2 bathrooms (one with a bath and separate shower cubicle and the other just a toilet and basin) A kitchen, a living room and a garden with a picnic bench.
House is located on Ecclesall road a two minute walk from Sheffield hallam collegiate campus and a Tesco.
Rent can be payed monthly or quarterly at £372.66 a month or £1118 quarterly. There is an additional monthly payment of £108.89 which covers gas, electricity, water, WiFi and TV licence.
