Question about Wave uni level

This is the question I am trying to answer I have got the answer for the velocity and it's 10.81 ms-1 but for the distance, I can't seems to get it.

Could anyone help me?

A large ship approaches a harbour in heavy fog, sounding its foghorn as a warning of its presence. The foghorn has a frequency of 150.0 Hz and an acoustic power of 300 W. The speed of sound, v = 345 m s-1, and the density of air, = 1.22 kg m-3.

An observer at the harbour measures the frequency of the horn to be 154.7 Hz with a volume of 73 dB. Calculate the speed and distance of the ship from the harbour, and state any assumptions you make.
