seismic waves?

I know this is a small question, but do you know if we need to know the types of seismic wave (P wave, S wave etc)? Doesn’t explicitly state it on spec but don’t want to miss out anything important

I'm not sure as I don't know you're spec, but it's pretty simple so I recommend learning it, you'll only need to know P and S waves at GCSE if that's your qualification.
This page is for physics but overlaps with geography and explains it well: https://www.bbc.co.uk/bitesize/guides/z2dtv9q/revision/3
Hope this helps!
