Room Immediately Available: Urbanest Westminster Bridge

Hi!! I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Urbanest Westminster Bridge for the summer. The place is available from June 11th until August 30th, when the lease ends. It's a twin room, so there are two separate beds within the flat, BUT there is a ton of privacy though, as the middle wall can be completely closed creating two seperate rooms with their own private entrance. There is a lot of storage space in the room and it has a huge desk and giant windows (the room gets a ton of natural light). The flat also comes with a nice bathroom and wardrobe. The location is awesome, as it’s 10 minute walk to Waterloo campus and a 20 minute walk to Strand. The underground is an 8 minute walk away, and there are also a lot of grocery stores in the area. Also, it’s located right by the Big Ben and the London Eye so the view from the kitchen is excellent! Rent is 264 ppw. Please reach out if you’re interested!!
