Applying to Oxford PPE using IB

I am planning to apply Oxford PPE in this autumn using IB. My predicted is 43 with 776 HL(including 7 for HL math and History). Is my IB score problematic to be a competitive candidates for the course?
Although the requirement is 38, some says majority of the candidate would be 45 predicted and some says the other, so I am pretty confused. I know the score is not everything and just a starting point but appriciate your comment!

Can't see any reason why you wouldn't have a realistic chance. You're doing maths, you're predicted at or above the standard entry criteria. The TSA will probably be the main factor determining whether you get an interview and/or offer I would imagine.
