Hi, I am urgently looking for someone to take over my 51 week tenancy at aparto Queens Court in Reading.

Details are as follows:
£250 per week
Penthouse room - there are 4 rooms total in the penthouse
Shared kitchen between 4
Double Bed
Rooms are massive.
Perfect for Uni of Reading students

The accommodation is right next to the city centre and so has access to all the local amenities and shopping experiences.

Due to personal reasons I cannot stay at this accommodation next year but cannot withdraw my application without finding someone to take it over as I paid the first rent installment already. Please let me know if you or anyone you know is interested!!
