Negotiation study leave and exam support - ACA Big4

Hi all,

I'm hoping you can help, I'm currently negotiating my study support and financial support with a big4 firm outside of the UK.

If you guys could outline the amount of study days you get per ACA exam and whether your firm pays for everything; ie: college, exam fees etc ?

Also an indication of which firm would be great, this is as they are trying to get me to pay for 50% of the costs and use my annual leave as study leave.
