ACA exam qualified salary

Hi just need some advice

I passed my final exam so I am now aca exam qualified however I am not time qualified until early next year ( feb time)

I have heard various things from peers but the majority are saying I should get some form of Payrise even though I’m not fully qualified yet

I am on circa 26k at the moment ( not London based)

Has anyone veen in the same position where they are exam qualified but not time?

It’s very dependent on firm. Some give payrises, others wait until the three year period has passed.

Based on my experience at Big4, the pay rise only kicks in once you’re fully qualified, but not by much , maybe around 10-15%

I work for a mid sized firm in Exeter and we get our pay rise when we are exam qualified. Currently exam qualified salary starts at £39k and can get up to £41k (based on performance review, aka how many hours of unpaid overtime you log).
