Seo looking for Grade 7

Hi guys, how long did it take you to get a promotion from seo to grade 7, I’ve been looking for nearly a year coming in November but had no luck. I’m finding because of the cost of living crisis, competition is fierce, I’m scoring 4s on some applications, but not getting an interview.

Never did it, went from HEO(D) to G7 in five years.

Gotta be easier than the 2010 to 2012 period when basically nothing was advertised.
