Why this ratio

I presume you are asking why the ratio of the heights of the peaks for m/z = 70, m/z = 72 and m/z = 74 are in the ratio of 9:6:1

If I told you that the height of a peak is directly proportional to how abundant the ion responsible is and that chlorine has the isotopes 35Cl and 37Cl, which have abundances of 75% and 25%, respectively, how might you use this information to work out the probability that a Cl2 molecule contains two 35Cl atoms?
