A metal below hydrogen in the reactivity series will not react with dilute acids but can it react with a strong concentrated acid?

As far as GCSE is concerned, if a metal is below hydrogen on the reactivity series (i.e the metal is less reactive than hydrogen), then it cannot displace the hydrogen from the acid and so there will be no reaction - regardless of the strength and concentration of the acid.
