Is 4 months enough time to get a 7 in GCSE Maths and Chemistry

I'm studying from scratch and plan to utilise the summer (until November) to revise for GCSE Edexcel Maths and IGCSE Chemistry. I am doing this because I am a mature student mother (22 years old) who wants to start the Access to He: Medicine course next year. Please can I be advised whether jumping from a 3 to a 6/7 is possible within this timeframe? for IGCSE Biology I am not taking it until next May/June due to the amount of content I will need to memorise.

Any advice will be incredibly helpful.

It’s been a while since I did my GCSE’s (I was meant to sit them in 2020, but then covid came along), so my memory is a little fuzzy on this.

I imagine it’s perfectly possible, though it depends on what revision strategies you use and which resources you use.

Definitely attempt past exam papers and questions if you can.

Physics and Maths tutor should cover absolutely everything in Edexcel GCSE maths and Edexcel iGCSE chemistry. https://www.physicsandmathstutor.com

Mathsmadeeasy, the GCSE maths tutor and Mathsgenie are your best bets for GCSE maths:

I did the UK specification of Edexcel GCSE chemistry, so I haven’t verified how good the resources for iGCSE chemistry are. However, I am aware of the following resources that may be of some use to you:

(Note that some resources on savemyexams are not free and I probably wouldn’t bother buying them if you are only spending 4 months preparing).
