Physics Homework question - Simple Harmonic Motion

I am really stuck about how to go about this question:

A potential difference which alternates sinusoidally is applied to the Y-plates of an oscilliscope which has a calibrated time base. A stationary trace, with an amplitude of 4.0div and a distance from crest of 1.5div, is obtained when the time base is set at 1.0ms per division. When the time base is switched off the trace becomes a vertical line. Calculate the maximum speed of the spot of light on the screen when producing the vertical line if 1 div is equal to a length of 10mm.

Well if it's 1.5 div CREST TO CREST you can use the timebase to calculate the time for a complete cycle.
