urgent help

basically i have a EE retail advisor interview. and now I'm the second stage where ill have interview at the store. its about 2 hours with roleplay etc. has anyone been in the same situation before? i think its gonna be about sell me this etc. so any experience how to answer it. most of my work experience has been customer service, pls help

Hi, was confused at first due to the word 'roleplay' but then I understood haha. I would keep calm and behave friendly towards the people you are selling to and keep a warm and open attitude. Take a deep breath before you start and remember you're work experience as this will surely help you. It would help to try and connect with the buyer and become 'friends' so that they trust you more. I'm sure you will do great.
