haloalkenes are definately a thing, cause you can have for example 1-bromo,2-methylpropene, and also they should come up when talking about cis-trans and e-z isomerism as well haloakenes does show up when i search it in google though, might be something in your settings but there should be a google setting to have it not correct to haloalkane
