Please be aware that last year, and further in the past, we have had examples of scammers using TSR to try and secure deposit payments from people who wish to swap rooms.

You must take care when trust people you don't know on the internet. TSR cannot verify who the users of this site are.

If you have found another person with which to swap, it is recommended that you then move to private messages to continue your discussions. To do that most effectively, we strongly recommend you do not use the anonymous feature on this thread.

In order to send PMs, you need to have had an account for several days and made a few posts. Within 24 hours of doing this, the ability to send private messages to other users should then be enabled. Due to this, we recommend creating an account as soon as you discover this thread, to allow you to get involved fully ASAP.

Remember, you cannot post instagram, snapchat, email, phone number details or similar on this thread or any other part of the site. Protect your privacy.

Looking for someone who is happy to swap rooms with me via UOM's accomodations office officially.

Ive got Oak house for 24/25 and would like to swap rooms with anyone whos been offered Hulme Hall or Burkhardt in Victoria Park.

Hulme is catered and is more Hogwart quiet style than Oak for sure.

if you are a fresher and would like to experience the crazy parties that they say online, oak is the one :smile:

I'm a female undergrad student at UoM and have been given a room in Rusholme Place, I would really like to switch to Fallowfield (ideally Sheavyn House or Richmond Park), is anyone interested??

I have a single room with a basin in Whitworth park and am looking for a room in either Denmark Road or Park view. (or any en-suite)
Whitworth park is crazy close to uni and extremely affordable.
I also have pictures of the whole flat and room if anyone wants xx

You need to contact Manchester university accommodation service.

Details about room swaps are usually on their website.

Very few unis actually offer room swaps but Manchester have a habit of playing fast and loose with it.

Hi, I have oak house if you are interested and I am interested in staying taking in Rusholme. Richmond and Sheavyn are both not as worth it comapred to the price so if you are interested please lmk

you need to both email the accom office and both give consent and they need to say yes to both requests
