Ink pen in exams?

I used a uniball ink pen in my exam and it soaked through the paper. You can still see what should be read, but will it affect the marking, since the papers are scanned in?

Which model of uniball was it? They tell you not to use gel pens.

Uniball eye. The paper did say ink or ball point pens should be used. It wasn't entirely my fault, as the paper itself was flimsily thin.

Not a gel pen, so fine on that point.

Which means its there problem. Am sure they will cope they deal with millions of papers. Dont worry just get on with your next exam. If it turns into a problem next time then just use your reserve pens.
