Online gaming problems?

I've read a few things on some websites, some saying that the Cardiff Uni internet is fine with games and others who say it's not working. I'm trying to play WoW but it's stuck on 'Success' when I try to log in. I'm not sure if it's my computer but I have a feeling it's probably to do with the Cardiff Uni internet. Anyone else have this problem? Anyway round it? Other ways I can log on?

I think it's the Cardiff Uni internet. I've been trying to play Hearthstone and it hardly ever connects to a game. I've heard that some Steam games that require an internet connection don't work either.
