I sometimes work in a call centre if I feel like it, sometimes I do 8 hours on the weekend if I want a topup.

Some people I work with end up crying because customers can be really harsh. But I never take any insults personally of which there are some from angry customers. Generally I try to have a laugh with the customers, I like talking to people and getting paid for it is a bonus.
