Do i drop out of my Level 3 or continue for another year?

okay i won’t waffle too much but basically i am on the Level 3 CACHE early years course, and am almost finished in my first year. i haven’t had any mark worked for months and haven’t been taught for months either. do i stick through having no feedback for another year or do i drop out and get an apprenticeship?
