im kinda stuck on this question i don't really understand it and in the answer what is even h stand for and what is 2pierh is for pleaaaase help and explain it to me

h is the height of the cylinder :colonhash:
h - height
2 pi r h = 2 x pi x radius x height = surface area of cylinder

oh thanx also why do you times it by 2 theres only 1 circumfrence on the cylender right?
but i get the rest like 2pie r 2 because theres 2 circles in the cylender but just the 2 pie r h why isit timesed by 2

it's just the formula for working out what the surface area is of the cylinder, 2π\pirh gives you its surface area... you just plug in the height and radius...
