The Precinct restrictions?

I heard halls have restrictions on the things you can bring and store in your room. I was wondering what you could bring? :confused:

Specifically:
A mini fridge?
How much electricity you can use?
A kettle?

I don't think you can have a mini fridge in your room or a kettle when block you staying in in the precinct? Electricity is unlimited because it's all included in your rent same as Internet usage

I don't think you can bring a tv because there is not tv license. The bathrooms are shared. There is a bathroom on 1st and 2nd floor both with separate toilets. I am bringing a kettle for my room, and a mini fridge if it will fit!
