Is the water in panns bank bedrooms drinkable

I've heard rumours that the water from the bedroom is making people sick and that it is not drinkable, anyone know for certain?
In Scotia it has clear signs telling you to keep the hot water on to reduce the risk of legionella so if that the case the cold will have a lot more chance of legionella  just saying

Hi there,
The water in the bedroom/bathrooms is intended for personal hygiene use only, we'd advise that all drinking water should come from the kitchen.
Thanks
