just wondering what if...

a person is doing igcse maths from Cambridge (syllabus code 0580). lets say he is doing two papers, Paper 2 and Paper 4 and he gets 100% in paper 2 but loses a few marks in paper 4. will Cambridge appreciate this achievement with a certificate or do you have to get 100% overall to get a certificate of appreciation
