Headstart EDT 2016

Hey everyone, first post here! Just wondering if anyone else has applied for the headstart EDT scheme and if so what have you applied for?

Hi! Ive just applied for broad-based at Imperial, Durham, Exeter, Leeds and aeronautical at Coventry, what about you?

Wow I've just read the program for it and it sounds amazing - what A-Levels are you taking? Do you think you'll study geology at uni?

It does sound amazing right!! I'm hoping to do an undergraduate in geophysics by itself and then a masters in geohazards at the moment :smile:

Wow you've got it all planned out :biggrin:

I'm pretty sure I'm going to do engineering, and then specialise in aeronautical (or astronautical depending on the uni) I'm mad about space and flying craft :smile:

do you know if the teacher name we put down has to give a reference? My teacher just got a huge marketing email from EDT but I thought they were contacting them for grades or something...

It's alright I just got a reply from them, they just wanted to let the teacher know that I was applying for a course there

I put Warwick, Cambridge, Manchester, Durham and Southampton I think? Not sure about the last two it was so long ago:/ And then I got a Cambridge offer today saying it was an early offer (so most are still going out in March I think) but it didn't really explain why.
