That's not a percentage, that is UMS, which is a scaled mark.

That 99 is not 99%, it is 99/120 UMS, which is 82.5%, a low A. Your other units are both out of 90 so are 92.2% and 94.4%, a low and mid A*. Because the unit you did worse on is out of 120 and the other two are out of 90 it contributes more to your grade, so has brought you down to an A.
Your total UMS is 267/300, which is a very high A (A* is at 270/300, 90% overall). Maybe consider a remark since you're only 3 UMS off the A*.
