I agree with the last person in READ THE ****IN ARTICLE! They get a lower amount if they don't have a decent level of qualification, so long as they sign up for some sort of vocational training equivalent to AS/A level. That's not quite as drastic as everyone wants to make out, and unlike the tory prats they actually plan to pause and review the proposed system of universal credit before rolling it out. If the tories had behaved that way there would probably never have been the controversy with ATOS' screwed up system for disability allowance, and thousands of people wouldn't have suffered as a result!
