Is doing 3 more modules than 12 better?

I'm taking Maths and Further Maths as 2 of my A-levels, and am thinking of doing 3 more by myself. Does it make me look better of am I better off just doing 12?
No, they won't count towards anything.

They won't make you look better but it could help your knowledge.

Yes they will, Additional Further Maths.

If you take 15 modules you'll be doing an additional AS on top of 2 A2 subjects. It'll probably only be really beneficial if you need to take certain modules to show your interest at university for the subject you want to study; i.e. applying for Economics and doing extra Stats modules in your own time, or applying for Maths at a top uni.

Depends, I did 14 modules because I wanted to get rid of my D1 module and I wanted to do M5. Obviously had I done one more module I'd have got an AS in Additional Further. I would say it's only really worth doing if you're intending on applying for mathematics and you're interested in the additional modules you want to take - otherwise it is a waste of time because you won't really look better on paper. If your main goal is to look better on paper you're better off doing STEP.
