Biomedicine vs Medicine

This is my first time using this forum but i really need help. I have an offer from St george's univeristy to study biomecine for three years and if I score higher than a 65% i can continue on to the graduate medical program which is 4 more years. I applied for medicine and foundation in medicine in 4 different univeristy in UK and have been rejected or told to take biomedicine instead because of my IB results. I got 32 points.
Chemistry HL 5
Biology HL 5
Math HL 5
Arabic SL 6
ITGS 6
English Literature 4
and 1 point for EE and TOK essays.
My results are disappointed but considering i scored the second highest in my year, i feel like blaming the highschool i went to.
Should i take biomedicne and hope that i score high enough to get into the medical program?
RCSI in Bahrain accepted me to the medical program but i dont want to study in Bahrain, i want to study in the UK but the most important thign is i want to become a doctor. I dont know what to do, should i risk taking the biomedical program and end up not getting high enough marks?
