Engineering Apprenticeship - Drug Testing
Hi,
I've managed to successfully obtain a apprenticeship with a very large, international engineering company, starting in September.
I have read my contract, which states that if they suspect me of taking illegal drugs, then they can have me drugs tested. Does this mean that they are unlikely to issue random drugs tests and if so would this be stated in the contract?
From what I've read, it's mostly American companies that do this and not those from the UK, but I'd just like to get other peoples opinions on what's stated in my contract?
