    Displacement of an object undergoing SHM is given by,  x = A\cos(wt), where  w = \frac{2\pi}{T}.

    Can you use that to answer your question?

    Sketch it. It tells you in the question the time at which the displacement is maximum.
    Recall the definitions of amplitude and period.
