How can I become obsessed with chemistry ??

I really want to become obsessed and have a passion for chemistry as I’m studying it as an alevel and I have summer holidays now. I’m going into yr13.
I already really throughly enjoy it at school, but I really want to enhance my knowledge of it and I’m unsure where to start.
I want to watch videos of chemistry in my spare time that’ll expand my knowledge of it and do extra research about it.
Any ideas of YouTube channels/websites which will enable me to do so?

I presume you aren’t massively interested in chemistry resources targeted strictly at A level and equivalent.

NileRed is a good starting point imo: https://www.youtube.com/@NileRed

You could try Extractions&Ire, though if you aren’t a fan of profane language, it isn’t for you: https://m.youtube.com/channel/UCvFApMFo_AafXbHRyEJefjA

In terms of the level of the chemistry covered in each channel, both of these regularly go beyond A level - especially with the organic. You should also note that these two channels focus much more on synthetic chemistry than physical and analytical chemistry, so you’ll need to look elsewhere for those.

In terms of websites, I would recommend chemlibretexts: https://chem.libretexts.org

Although you didn’t ask for book recommendations, “Chemistry^3: introducing inorganic, organic and physical chemistry” by Burrows et al. is an excellent choice.

I mean, if you do have any alevel recommendations then that would be great too! I just thought that having a deeper understanding of chemistry - both A1 and A2 and beyond, could be an alternative to going through my notes all over again as I’ve already done that due
to having mocks. It would strengthen my chemistry knowledge

You should be able to find a number of assorted resources here:

Which exam board are you with, as I may be able to recommend other resources that are more relevant to you

Eliot Rintoul and Chris Clay are the two best YouTube channels to use for AQA. You should find them on the link.

This is also a must-have: https://chemrevise.files.wordpress.com/2018/04/practical-guide-aqa1.pdf

If you really want to expand your knowledge, reading clayden organic chemistry is realy good, though you will need to really like chemistry to get through all of it. Ive heard that Keelers books are all good so you might wanna give them a go. There are so many different chemistry youtubers, nile red, that organic chemistry. If you just search up chemistry organic synthesis ur gonna get a lot of different youtubers comign up.
