Urgent differentiation help please !!

I'm seriously lost on this question. I would be so grateful if someone could show / tell me the step to complete this question. I have no idea what to do.

You've got all the numbers/letters, although I'm not sure you got them in the right order.

250=\frac{lx^2}{2}

Meaning that after rearranging, the 500 is actually divided by the

x^2

Oh yh I made a mistake , I got l=500/x^2 now

I don't get the others either :frown:
