Molar ratio doubt.
I'm getting a little confused rounding up molar ratio...
Molar ratio
C : H : O
2.1 : 5.8 : 1
2 or 3? : 6 : 1
and another question...
When do we multiply
like eg.
C : H
0.1 : 0.2
1 : 2 and not 1 : 1?

Your lowest number is an integer so you must multiply the others by the smallest number that gives both as integers.... in this case by 10.
BUT I suspect that your values have already been 'rounded'. What is the original question?
