SAAS award letter says they will pay £0 to my University?

My SAAS award letter say 'We will pay the following amount of tuition fees directly to your college or university £0.00'. What does this mean? Can anyone help me out?

Can you provide some more information? What level of education is the course that you've asked SAAS to fund? (HNC? HND? Bachelors Degree?) Also, you haven't said if you meet the requirements or not? Or in general extra information about yourself that makes you think they should be paying for your tuition.
