Wrong fee status (scotland home and RUK)

Hello, I have dual nationality (european and united kingdom) and applied to a Scottish university in 2020/21 under the jurisdiction of brexit rules being applied and eu students being charged international fees from then on. Therefore I applied using my English passport, paying £9250 per annum. However, I am pre-settled for 5+ years in the UK and have only found out that this status applies for home fees of £1820, obviously misinterpreting the whole EU international fee situation.
My question is, is there any way to revert my fee status to the scottish home status for the rest of my course, or even a way to get back the difference between the fees? Many thanks.
